Livraria Bertrand
Lisbon, Portugal
Oldest running bookstore in the world. Thought it didn't look old enough.
Librería Pynchon&Co.
Alicante, Spain
I only come here to drink because of the aesthetics. Got complimented once for my book choice (Bolaño).
Librería Cervantes
Oviedo, Spain
Ever been to a Cervantes themed bookstore? Came for the vibes. (A hanging typewriter and swiggly things outside the store). Generic English books can be found here (think John Green) (I'm sorry).
Livraria Lello
Porto, Portugal
Said to be a TERF's inspiration for a bunch of books about wizards and a bald man's weird obsession with a boy. I went to Lello admitedly for the beautiful staircase and nice facade.

Porto, Portugal
GREAT VIBES. They recommended me to buy a book by Fernando Pesoa. So I did. Next to it is a coffee shop. There was also a fluffy dog that went in and out of both shops.
Desperate Literature
Madrid, Spain
GREAT TITLES, also nice to see rare books. They have those little notes that have book descriptions. Super tight and not spacious. Booktok hasn't destroyed their integrity.
Librairie Mollet
Bordeaux, France
Browsing around here felt like a never ending magic trick. The bookstore was probably the ground floor of around 5 different buildings. LOVED IT.
Bookstore van Piere
Eindhoven, The Netherlands
Overrun by tiktok girlies and fantasy readers. Saw a bunch of nice art books. Really enjoyed the cute stationary they had.

Art, photography, graphic design, and architecture bookstore!!!
I didn't buy anything but I found Diane Arbus’ Documents!
Luddities Books and Wine
Antwerp, Belgium
Held and saw Babel Paperback edition for the first time. So many old wooden bookshelves and ladders. Found so many books I wanted to buy and could never find online!! They wrapped my book up in shiny wrapping paper. GREAT EXPERIENCE
